Separate work from waiting
A long execution may be compute-heavy, stalled on a service, or simply waiting for approval. A useful operational view separates elapsed time from observed activity and human wait time.
Keep external states precise
An agent asking for a payment does not mean the payment succeeded. A tool request does not establish that a downstream system accepted it. Our intended model keeps requested, attempted, approved, succeeded, failed, and refunded states separate when the integration can observe them.
Understand handoffs
Delegating work to another agent or a person should leave a relationship in the record. Review the original task, the transfer, and what returned. An incomplete handoff should remain visible even if the parent run later completes.
Use the review to improve the process
Look for repeated approval waits, unreliable tool dependencies, and ambiguous outcomes. The proposed dashboard supports that investigation; it does not approve actions, run your agents, or replace operational controls.
