INTEGRATION CONCEPT / ASSISTANT SESSIONS

Reported activity deserves its own label.

A proposed MCP workflow for structured assistant checkpoints, separate from runtime-observed evidence.

Product preview: these capabilities describe our intended service. Production ingestion, customer workspaces, verification, and certification are not available through this website.

A checkpoint is a report

An assistant can describe progress during research, code work, file handling, or planning. Those descriptions can form a useful activity record, but the receiving service did not necessarily observe the underlying action.

UpTrain’s proposed assistant view would label that provenance clearly and exclude self-reported checkpoints from runtime-verified totals and independent certification eligibility.

Minimize what the session records

The intended design focuses on a title, checkpoint category, timestamp, outcome, and completion metadata. We would evaluate the minimum fields needed before a pilot. This website does not receive any ChatGPT messages, files, prompts, or hidden reasoning.

Start tracking only on request

Our proposed integration makes tracking an explicit user action. Read-only access to existing records should be distinct from permission to write session checkpoints. Certification, deleting records, and spending require their own controls.

Availability

There is no UpTrain ChatGPT connector or public MCP endpoint available here today. Request an integration discussion rather than adding an invented endpoint to an assistant. Third-party product names describe intended compatibility only and do not imply endorsement.
