Scope and contact
This notice covers the UpTrain website and inquiry forms intended for uptrain.space, including its hosted preview. It does not describe a live agent-ingestion service: none is available through this site.
Privacy questions, correction requests, and deletion requests can be submitted through the Privacy requests page. The private preview is maintained by the site owner under the UpTrain project name. The operator’s legal identity and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed before opening this preview for public collection.
Information you choose to submit
Our forms collect your name, email address, optional organization, selected request category, and message. We also store a request identifier, an idempotency identifier to avoid duplicates, and submission time. We use these details to review and respond to the inquiry or privacy/security request.
Do not submit credentials, execution logs, source code, private prompts, identity documents, or sensitive information. There are no file uploads, customer accounts, payments, production execution records, or newsletter subscriptions in this website.
Technical information
The hosting and network services process HTTP requests and associated technical information such as IP address and browser metadata to deliver and protect the website. Our inquiry endpoint derives an hourly hash from the connecting IP address to apply a request limit; it does not store the raw address in the inquiry database.
The application does not intentionally log form contents. It uses a hidden anti-spam field, validation, same-origin checks, and submission-size limits. The sample explorer and journal filters operate in the browser and do not send their contents to an AI provider.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored server-side in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Authorized site operators can review them through the hosting platform’s restricted database tools. There is no public inquiry listing or retrieval endpoint.
Cloudflare provides the application runtime and database. OpenAI Sites provides the hosting control plane and private-preview access gate. No transactional email provider, advertising service, analytics provider, payment processor, or certification provider is configured by this application. See Service providers for details.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records remain stored until the site owner removes them following review or a valid deletion request. There is no automatic age-based deletion of inquiries in this version; a fixed retention schedule must be settled before public launch. Submitting a privacy request queues it for review rather than automatically deleting data.
Hourly rate-limit records become inactive after expiry and are removed during later successful submissions. Hosting logs and provider backups follow the providers’ own handling; this application does not assert an unverified deletion schedule for those systems.
Use, sharing, and international processing
The application uses inquiries to handle the request and limited technical information to prevent abuse. It does not sell form data, enroll visitors in marketing, or forward inquiry content to model providers. It does not use inquiry content for model training.
Provider systems may operate across countries. This site has not configured or verified a specific data-residency region or contractual transfer mechanism. The legal operator, applicable processing bases, and required international-transfer arrangements must be established before public launch.
Your requests
You may ask what information you have submitted, request correction or deletion, and raise concerns using the privacy-request form. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, or complain to a relevant regulator. We do not assume a jurisdiction from your domain or location.
The site owner may need proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information. Do not send identity documents through the form. This website is intended for professional inquiries and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this notice when the actual data handling changes. New agent-processing capabilities require their own accurate disclosures and any necessary agreements before sensitive production data is connected. The date above identifies this version.
